Prices and availability

Fares and availability can change at any time before ticketing. A quoted price is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and payment is accepted. The total price and any applicable taxes, service fees, baggage charges, seat fees, or supplier charges are presented or explained before purchase.

Your booking responsibilities

• Review all passenger names, dates, routes, and booking details before approving a purchase.
• Provide accurate contact, payment, and traveler information.
• Confirm passport, visa, health, transit, and entry requirements for every traveler.
• Arrive on time and comply with all carrier and airport requirements.

Traveler names generally must match government-issued identification exactly. Corrections may be restricted or subject to fees.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are subject to the purchased fare rules and the applicable supplier’s policies. Some tickets are nonrefundable or nonchangeable. Airline penalties, fare differences, and our disclosed service fees may apply. Processing times for approved refunds are controlled in part by airlines, payment networks, and financial institutions.

Supplier changes and disruptions

Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routes, seats, or operating carriers, or may delay or cancel service. We can provide reasonable assistance, but we are not responsible for supplier actions, weather, government restrictions, labor events, security events, public health events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Payments and authorization

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the disclosed charges. Charges may appear as separate transactions from BestFlightsBooking, an airline, or another travel supplier. You agree to contact us promptly about a billing question before initiating a charge dispute where permitted by law.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
